I work with VMware Lab manager and there are many times when I just need to get a simple folder onto my Virtual Machine. I need to load this folder into the Media library. I cannot upload files or folders only ISO’s and floppy IMG files. There is a utility called Folder2iso that I use to convert my folders (and it’s subfolders) into ISO’s. This works great.
